Coaching is a partnership between a coach and a client.

What does a coach do?

A coach designs an efficient and sustainable plan of action for a client to reach their goals while building new habits and developing different thought processes. While the client is following such plan, the coach makes sure every step of the journey is clear, understood and put in practice.

In simple words: I will create a custom plan based on where you currently are and where you'd like to be and I will make sure you not only follow through but also learn how to succeed on your own by improving your habits, changing your mindset and keeping you accountable along the journey.
